THE OWNER DOK EDGAR DELIBO LOZADA -Multi-awarded Filipino Inventor -Founder and Chairman of DAHMAI -He is duly recognized by DOST-TAPI as one of the inventor representatives to the Technical Working Group (TWG) in 2008 for the formulation of the new Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act No. 7459 also known as the Inventors and Inventions Incentives Act of the Philippines -Owner and inventor of Dok Alternatibo Herbal, Health and Beauty and Natural Farming Products duly registered with DTI, FDA, BIR & LGUs. Dok Edgar Lozada Delibo is the Founder / Organizer and currently the Chairman of DOK ALTERNATIBO HERBAL MEDICINE CLINIC. He is a Doctor of Ministry in Alternative Medicine confirmed by The OPEN SEMINARY on February 12, 2007 at Davao City, Philippines. He took his Masters’ Degree at SPAMAST- Digos City (State College) of the year 2004. In College, he graduated from the University of Southeastern Philippines (USEP) Bo. Obrero Campus (State University in Region XI), as Technologist / Educator last March 1999 where he graduated as CUM LAUDE. In high school, he graduated last March1995 with a privilege of DOST-SEI SCHOLAR, among the first batch of 3, 500 passers out of 13,000 examinees from pilot classes of both private and public high schools all over the country. He graduated SALUTATORIAN from San Jose Elementary School despite the poverty of his family. His friends and employee usually call him today as “DOK ED”.
